2. How to register on
Complete information of the person posting the property profile or posting the property requirement is entered during registration. The user can all information at one go and create a My Account Page where all his registrations will be listed.

3. Why should I register on Deepikaclassifieds.coms is an exclusive real estate portal for Kerala. Registering to enables you to post the property details as a seller and post the property requirement and View contact of the  preferred property instantly.

4.Can I use without registering
You can use deepikaclassifieds as a guest user to search and find thousands of properties and details. You can access complete resource on realestate accessory pages.

5. Why should I give my email id and contact details when I am registering on
The email id that you specify is the one of the options on which you get all information and customer contact on your listed property. Other contact details are phone no. and your mailing address. You will get instant contact with your prospective customer.


6. How do I add property listings in the site.

After registering your personal informations in the site, you can add any number of property items/classified items by clicking the ad new property listing/add new classified item link button.

7.How do I add photos while registering
You can upload photo using the add/edit photo option in the my account window. You can set the profile photo ie. The photo you interested to show in the searched list using the add/edit photo option.

8. What happens if there is objectionable contents in any of the matter I have entered?
If by any chance any/all of the fields have objectionable content, the admin rejects entries in the field and sends you an email showing the reason why it has been rejected. You can change the matter and enter the fresh content using the link Edit in My Account page. The new entry will be screened and approved by the admin.

Post Property
1. What is Post Property option in
after register to, you can post the property details to list the property to sell/rent which will be viewed by the buyers who want to buy/rent the property through Search. You can upload one along with the property details.

2. Why should I enter Property Description
You can include more details in the Property description field that gives a clear picture to the customer visiting your property details.

3.Should I enter the contact details in Post Property
The contact address, phone numbers and email id will be the instant source of contact for those who you view your property. So it’s must that the contact entries should be filled

4. What is my Property Id
Once a property is listed on, an id will be provided which will be unique for your property. This number starting with ‘RDP’ (e.g. RDP1001 FOR properties for classified items) or ‘RDC’ (e.g. RDC1001 for Classified items) will be displayed against your property whenever it’s viewed. The property id can be entered in the Search option, Search profile by ID, to find the profile you want.

Managing Profiles

1. How do I log on to
You can log on to using your username and password created during Registration. If you forget your password, you can click on the link Change Password in the Homepage to create new password.

2. How can I change the information I submitted during Registration
you can change information submitted during registration by clicking on Edit feature in your My Account Page.

3. How can I change my password submitted on Registration? You can do that by logging on to the site and using the link on My Account Page.

4. What is My listing
This gives the list of properties you have posted by property id , its status online along with attachment details.

5. What is Update User Details?
You can edit your profile submitted during Registration


6. If a registered user can add more properties listings with the same user name

Yes, the registered user can add any number of property items in the site through my account page.

 All his listings are displayed in his listings.


7. If a user can deactivate a property from the site.

Yes, registered user can deactivate a property through my account option.



1. How can I search for my interested property on
You can do simple search to find your property. You can also use Advanced Search to widen your search. The search result can be further refined using posted data, ownership type, district wise, taluk wise etc. You can also search by Property Id.

What are the differences between paid and unpaid members?

a)                  Paid membership validity is up to 1 year
